Section 1

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between the il444 platform and its user ("you" / "Member"). By using our website, mobile site, or any related service, you agree to all the terms set out below.

1.1

Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
You may hold only one account in your own name.
You are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.

1.2

Right to Modify Terms

il444 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. You are therefore advised to revisit this page regularly.

Account Registration & Verification

2.1

Registration Requirements

To open an account at il444, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and il444 reserves the right to forfeit any deposited funds or winnings.

Only one account per person is permitted.
Creating multiple accounts from one IP address or device is prohibited.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to change it regularly.

2.2

Identity verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent service, il444 may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Required documents may include:

A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
Documents proving ownership of the payment method used.

            Important: Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. We ensure the highest level of confidentiality for your personal information.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions at il444 are fully secure and fast. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

3.1

Deposits

Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Betting is only possible after a deposit has been completed.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.

3.3

Special Instructions for Bank Transfers

For transactions via bank transfer, Bangladesh's major commercial banks are supported (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). We will notify you if bank transaction rules change. Please keep a record of all your transactions.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

4.1

Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at il444, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive the bonus:

The bonus is activated with a minimum deposit of ৳100.
Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

            Calculation example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
          

4.3

General Bonus Rules

Each member may benefit from each promotion only once.
Attempting to claim the same bonus with multiple accounts will result in account closure.
il444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.

Gaming & Betting Rules

General Gaming Policy

Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Fraudulent transactions or collusion with other members.

VIP Program & Cashback Policy

il444 operates a five-tier VIP program for its regular members. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

Bronze

Weekly cashback: up to 0.2%. After entering the first tier, you can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

Silver

Weekly cashback: up to 0.4%. This tier is reached through consistent activity from the Bronze tier.

Gold

Weekly cashback: up to 0.6%. Reaching this tier unlocks special benefits and priority support.

Platinum

Weekly cashback: up to 0.8%. Enhanced service is provided, including a dedicated account manager.

Diamond

Weekly cashback: up to 1.0%. The highest tier offers special benefits, the fastest withdrawal processing, and exclusive promotions.

6.1

Cashback Terms & Conditions

Cashback will be credited to your account within a set timeframe each week.
Your account must be active to receive cashback benefits.
il444 will endeavour to give advance notice of any changes to VIP terms.

Limitation of Liability

7.1

Service Availability

il444 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions. il444 cannot be held liable in such situations. We will make every effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

7.2

Liability for Gaming Losses

Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. il444 is not responsible for personal financial losses arising from gaming. Members are encouraged to play responsibly by setting limits according to their own means.

Third-Party Services

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, resolution will first be attempted through discussion.
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.
The Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the final and authoritative version.

11.2

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between il444 and the member. No oral or written promise beyond these three documents is valid unless it is given in writing directly by il444.
